People of the blogging world.
Please update your blogs.
It's bad enough that my email never have incomings,
nor does my phone ever ring,
nor does my mailbox ever get stuffed. (yes, people still write letters. try it out sometime)
I need to know what is going on with your life because,
a. I miss you
b. I care, seriously.
c. I wanna read some Manglish language. Honestly, I miss it.
d. For those back in Malaysia, a semblance of Malaysian taste is much appreciated.
So do what you commit yourself to do.

farewell me
I can't sleep, no not like I used to
I can't breathe, in and out like I need to
It's breaking ice now, to make any movement
What's your vice, you know that mine's the illusion
And all at once [As I'm trying]
I can help you out [Just to keep things right]
I'll be what you need [I kill myself to make]
I'll do anything [Everything perfect for you]
Goodbye apathy
So long, apathy
So don't sit still
But don't you move
Away, from here
So goodbye apathy [As I'm trying]
So long fancy free [Just to keep things right]
Goodbye apathy, [Kill myself to make]
I don't wanna be.. you [Everything perfect for you]
I don't walk right, not like I used to
There's a jump in my step, as I rush to see you
I could be happy here
As long as you're near to me
As long as you're close to me
Now that I'm alright [As I'm trying]
I can help you out [Just to keep things right]
I'll be what you need [I kill myself to make]
Goodbye apathy [Everything perfect for you]
So goodbye, apathy
So don't you stop pushing me
I can take so much
Everybody is watching you,
Everybody is watching me too.

Oooh the embarrassment.
Today was Spooktacular. Kids from Bethlehem area come to spend the day at Lehigh Uni and we have fun activities for them to do in conjunction with Halloween. So, I signed up to be a volunteer as a tour guide.
We got into the haunted house, and mind you the kids were like 1 to 10 year olds, and surprise surprise!, I ended up screaming my head off at every turn. And the kids weren't even scared, they were laughing at me!
So this girl, probably about 6 years old, came up to me and said,
"You can hold my hand"
(+"."+)
Thinking of you. You don't know what you got till it's gone.

Stand Up 4 Cancer
I have a super duper huge midterm tomorrow, and I'm on you tube and blogging. But i found this song that is just tooo good I have to share it. It's my female all-star line up dream team.
I personally have never experience anyone close who ever had to battle with cancer. But I definitely know many who have never give up in times of sickness. Much props to them. I wouldn't think I would have done it half as good as you have.
I have no personal vendetta against Miley Cyrus. Daymn! Isn't she like 15 years old or something? And she's up there singing with my favourites Beyonce, Mariah, Mary J, Ciara and Ashanti. What I wouldn't do to be in her place.
MJB, MC & B aced the song to perfection.

clawing you
I don't know why it took me almost 2 months to watch my first football game. I was definitely missing out on something.
Yesterday started with me waking up at a ridiculous hour for a Saturday morning. All in the name of raising fund for the dance team. Why do only the newbies do it? Seniorism, I'm afraid, is still prevalent in our society. So I had on those neon orange jacket with walkie talkie in hand, positioned myself on one of the traffic corners , and diligently point out the right direction to people going to the stadium. 4 damn straight hours. Goood stuff.
HOWEVER, the hot policeman did stop by with a stupid-yet-cute line. And he asked if I was doing okay under the heat. Awww.... So, getting hit by yummy men in uniform greatly compensates standing still with arms wide open for hours.
Once my shift was over, I rushed to the stadium. There was a lot of people. More than I expected. Everything looked like a scene from Remember The Titans. I absolutely lurve the movie. So my image of the American football experience might be slightly distorted.
I totally ruin my first touch down though. We were sitting right behind the players, next to where the cheerleaders were doing their thing <---Pua chose the seats. So, as the game was going on, I saw them cheerleaders doing those pyramid thingy. I was immensely into watching them. When suddenly everyone roared around me. Touch down! And I missed it cause I had my eyes on a bunch of girls throwing another girl in the air. -_-" . Such a typical Myra moment.
The game was awesome. I miss being on the field. I miss being a part of something. I remember once upon a time ago when I would go to arm's length for Rahman, only like the best house ever. Them others can eat our dust. I think back of the sense of belonging that I once had. And as I cheered for the Hawks, I felt the same pride that I had before.
